| All businesses are required to produce annual accounts, as a basis for the computation of their tax liability. In addition entities such as limited companies are required by law to have annual accounts produced, while for example certain clubs will be required by their own constitutions to have accounts produced, and laid before the members.
We will complete from your books and records, annual accounts suitable for your particular business, which are acceptable for the following purposes:
Presentation to the Inland Revenue on your self-assessment tax return.
Presentation to your bank in relation to your borrowing requirements.
Use as a management tool to indicate the profitability and financial position of your business, as a basis for future decisions and strategy.
If your business is a limited company, for presentation to Companies House and the shareholders.
If we are preparing accounts for a club they will be in a format suitable for presentation to the members.
